The Essence

As a native of Wharton, Tx. Transformation requires the 6th E.
My roots run deep in rural Texas, and that foundation shapes everything I do. As a parent, a professor, and a deeply passionate advocate for educators and students, I am on a mission to elevate the voices, tools, and experiences of the people inside our classrooms.
Every single project I touch is heart work. Relationships with people drive my mission to partner with districts to enhance the incredible work already happening in our schools. It is my goal to bridge the gap between heavy expectations and real-world sustainability by bringing in the modern tech integration, resources, and tailored backing that amplifies your efforts.
Whether we are unlocking the power of new technology or refining daily classroom systems, I want to make sure you feel seen, heard, and deeply supported. Let’s remove the friction, protect the joy of teaching, and ensure that making a massive impact doesn’t require burning out. You’ve got this, and you don’t have to do it alone.

We’ve mastered the mechanics of education with the 5Es.
Transformation requires the 6th E.

The Ecosystem

Core Pillars
Bridging the gap between pedagogical theory and classroom reality.
I’m not just an educator; I’m a student of the craft. With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and a passion for 'real talk,' I work with schools to bridge the gap between complex instructional challenges and actionable, human-centered solutions. When I’m not in the classroom or consulting, you’ll find me staying active, keeping up with sneaker culture, and helping the next generation of educators realize that, truly, you got this.
